Turnaround is usually 7-10 days for a basic tour from photography to going live.

Does my business need to be closed during the photoshoot?

Not having staff and customers within view can be very helpful in creating a seamless tour within a satisfactory timeframe. We understand, however, that business needs to keep moving, so if there is no time outside business hours we will of course adapt accordingly.

How long does the photography take?

This depends on the size of the tour and preparations necessary. Having customers and staff within shot can slow down the process. As a guide, we like to allow approximately 2 hours for a medium-sized business.

Do we need to be present for the photography?

As long as we have gained authorised access to the premises and are made aware of any relevant information regarding onsite lighting, we can then proceed with photography.

Can I choose the areas that are photographed?

Yes. Pre-photography discussions will be helpful in establishing the tour you want to present. We will endeavour to incorporate ideas and fulfil your requirements, while aiming for a sleek and user friendly tour.

What do we need to do to be ready for our photoshoot?

It would be helpful to us if all regular gangways are clear of obstruction and the premises are presented and organised in a way that you are satisfied to display to the rest of the world. We are happy to discuss and assist with any final touches.

How is your Google Virtual Tour created?

We attend your premises on a suitable day to photograph the agreed number of panos/viewpoints then process the panos within our virtual tour software.  These will then be seamlessly aligned and stitched together to form your virtual tour, which will then be uploaded and integrated geographically to your listing onto Google Maps.
